The product arrived exactly as shown in the picture. There are only 2 disadvantages: The opening and closing of the handle is not smooth. The removable head does not return to the place to the end, it has to be placed manually. Also the delivery time was really long, more than two months ... To total the product is worth the price paid for it

Смеситель выглядит достойно, довольно красивый, матовый черный цвет, пришел без повреждений. Но! Из какого он материала непонятно, очень легкий, на металл не похоже. Такое ощущение, что он пластиковый. Еще не устанавливали, посмотрим, как будет вести себя в эксплуатации.

NL: Perfect besteld vanuit Warehouse in Tsjechië. is ongeveer binnen een week gekomen installatie was super makkelijk verkoper ook nog gevraagd voor 3/8 water aansluiting voor de kraan dat ook gekregen. De kraan is ook stil. Dus deze kraan is aan te bevelen EN: Perfect! ordered from the warehouse in the Czech Republic. Came in about a week. Installation was super easy. I also asked the seller for 3/8 water connection for the tap he included that also. The tap is also silent so I really recommend this faucet for your kitchen

Bom produto, entrega super ágil. Gostei muito da qualidade dos acabamentos. Instalei há pouco tempo, por enquanto funcionando muito bem. Há uma perda de pressão por tratar-se de uma tubulação mais fina. O manual de instruções para montagem não é tão claro, mas é possível entender.

Заказала два смесителя. Сначала отправили только кухонный. Пришёл косячный - неравномерного цвета, частично золотой, частично белый (на фотках еще не так заметно, а в жизни просто ужас), с кучей потертостей. Открыла спор, отправила товар обратно, попросила не присылать второй кран и сразу вернуть деньги и за него (решила больше не рисковать в этом магазине). Но продавец меня не послушал и выслал (у него ещё была возможность этого не делать), о чем меня и уведомил, а я уже заказала другой кран у другого продавца. Повторно спор открыть не могу, на мои возмущенные сообщения продавец сначала пару раз ответил кратко, "на отвали", а потом вообще перестал реагировать, просто читает и не отвечает. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким. Злит невероятно. Ужасно неприятно и грустно. Продавец - недобросовестный и совершенно не заботится о том, чтобы покупатель был счастлив и доволен. Просто хамское и скотское отношение.

I purchased the gold one. It looks great in my kitchen and works perfect. Shipped quickly from CA to another US state. I needed to get longer hoses because the provided ones were too short for my set up, but they were less than $10. I would highly recommend this faucet and seller.

I ordered in gold color but the faucet is made with metal body and the head made of plastic so it comes in two different shades of gold and looks awful! this can not be seen in the pictures which is very misleading (maybe on purpose). disappointing!
